ON SIGNING WITH THE UNION

“Ever since I can remember, all I’ve wanted to do is play football. As you grow older and the game becomes more serious, you realise how slim your chances of playing professionally are. I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve faced my fair share of rejection and adversity along the way, however, these experiences have only made me more determined to prove people wrong and persist in pursuit of a lifelong goal.

This may sound slightly cliche, but you really do control your own destiny and can achieve anything if you are passionate enough and willing to put on the hours of relentless work to make it happen.

I’m over the moon to have finally signed my first professional contract with such a great organisation. There are plenty of hours of hard graft ahead, but I can’t wait to pull on the Navy & Gold of the Philadelphia Union and help the team be successful in any way possible.”
